A nervous musician wants to bring a smile to a love interest he’s had for years by teaching him to play the guitar.

His anxiety and doubts take form of his shadow, having control on what he does with an iron fist and wants him to forget the idea and move along.

The musician is torn wether to take a chance or let his shadow take control.

My student film at NMSU's CMI, a love story about how much control we give anxiety and how it can get in the way of our lives. Romance wasn't my first choice and there were other stories I wanted to tell but this was a personal experience I wanted to show for a long time. I developed the script, characters, storyboards and environment with the opportunity to work with sound designers and musicians.
